Delivery Policy

 

- RL Tropical ships Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) throughout Canada.
- Minimum delivery fee: $20, free for orders over $99

- RL Tropical ships to the greater Edmundston area (Edmundston, St-Jacques, St-Basile, St-Joseph) Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) - Minimum delivery fee: $15, free for orders over $199
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days for available items
- Delivery time outside New Brunswick: varies depending on location
- RL Tropical is not responsible for delivery delays

 

Shipping times

Orders received before 10:30 am (local time) are generally shipped the same day.
- Online orders placed after 10:30 am on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

 

Return and exchange policy

 

- All items on the RL Tropical website are guaranteed
- In-store returns: free
- Returns by mail: at the customer's expense, with invoice included
- Return period: 7 days following the delivery date

 

Return conditions
- Packaging intact
- Item not used
- Proof of purchase (invoice)

 

Special cases
- Defective item: exchange, repair or quick refund
- Return without receipt: exchange or store credit possible (at the employee's discretion)

 

Exceptions requiring a receipt and a valid reason
- Sanitary products
- Electronic products (collars, fences, training equipment)
- Grooming tools
- Filters or pumps
